Hi, I’m Megan! I’m your classic HR lady who actually enjoys reading the fine print, connecting the dots, and turning chaos into clarity. And yes, I say things like “my brain works in frameworks,” and puns are almost always intended. That’s because I strive to maintain a positive mindset when making necessary changes in any company. I interact with both employees and employers while problem-solving, to determine what needs adjustment and what works best as is, so that nothing important is missed in aligning operations with the company’s mission and the team’s goals. I’m a former preschool teacher turned business student, with a full focus on Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, and Company Culture. With over ten years of experience managing classroom compliance and communication across accredited educational facilities, I found my permanent place in policies, procedures, and boosting morale. I am a “Human Resource”, offering expertise and custom employment documentation that aligns with state compliance in your profession.
