Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a former preschool teacher turned business student, with a full focus on Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, and Company Culture. With over ten years of experience managing classroom compliance and communication across accredited educational facilities, I found my permanent place in policies, procedures, and boosting morale. I’m your classic HR lady who actually enjoys reading the fine print, connecting the dots, and turning chaos into clarity. And yes, I say things like “my brain works in frameworks,” and puns are almost always intended. I try to keep a positive mindset around making necessary changes in any practice. We’re going to engage the entire team in problem-solving and figure out what works best for each department, so that nothing important is missed in aligning operations with the company’s mission and the team’s goals.
